As part of our NSF broader impacts, we are creating a public outreach website "Fish Chum" that focuses on improving communication between fish biologists and aquarium hobbyists. We encourage scientists - particularly graduate students - to submit lay summaries from their recent work. We also hope that hobbyists make use of our "Ask a scientist" section, where you can submit questions to be answered by expert in the field.
