Oklahoma has a diverse crayfish fauna including several rare and endangered species. The goal of the project was to increase the knowledge on crayfishes' distribution in Oklahoma and to generate a picture catalogue of all species. Since preserved specimens loose their color quickly, there is only limited knowledge of their coloration alive.
